Rent your car with peace of mind. Our rates include insurance, local surcharges, taxes and, in most cases, unlimited mileage. With nearly 2,000 rental locations worldwide, there is always a pick-up point close to your destination. But what if booking a car doesn't work out, for example because no vehicles are available? Fortunately, there are several alternatives. We are happy to help you get started with the following tips.
No cars available?
If possible, try a different period or another rental location. Did you know that in addition to all airport locations, we often also have one or more rental offices in the city centre? Ideal if you would like to enjoy the city for a few days first. This way, you avoid unnecessary costs and can pick up the car when you actually need it.
Location closed
At major airport locations, you can often pick up and return your rental car 24 hours a day. At other locations, this is usually not the case. If possible, try adjusting your pick-up and drop-off times. Would you still like to collect your rental car outside opening hours? We can request this for you. If available, a staff member can assist you for an additional fee. Returning the car is often not a problem, as there is usually a drop-off box where you can leave the key.

Are you still unable to reserve your preferred rental car? Please contact our customer service team and we will assist you with booking your rental car or suggest suitable alternatives. You can reach us from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm, and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Feel free to contact us with any questions, for example about one-way rentals or our No-Risk Guarantee.
Did you know that when you rent a car with us we provide a special emergency number? This means you can reach us outside opening hours in case of emergencies. Of course, assistance is available in Dutch as well, which makes things easier.
